The theme for our June story slam was Summer Love. We heard stories about infatuation, finding love, and summer camp flings. Our winner was Mina Edmondson, who told a story about returning to the woods where she played with her siblings as a child.

Mina won an exclusive York Story Slam-branded journal from our friends at Story Supply Co and earned a spot in our Grand Slam in November. Mina (right) is pictured here with York Story Slam producer and this month’s emcee, JJ Sheffer.
